I am...

• a believer, a mom, a grandma, married to the love of my life, and a pet lover.

• from a small town in the state of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. I do still carry a somewhat strong Brazilian/Portuguese accent but that has actually been a strong ally of mine as it has brought many laughs between my clients and I during the sessions where “complicated” words are said, lol!

• a very active person who enjoys the outdoors a lot (and I really do mean A LOT): running, walking, and bike riding.

• yoga, meditation, and my quiet mornings with my bulletproof coffee.
  

• nature, I always feel at peace in nature.

• I also really enjoy cooking and getting creative with vegan recipes.

• reading a good book the old fashion way. Is my cure for almost everything. I am able to temporarily detach myself from the every day sources of stress.
